Luxury Blush and White Wedding on Maui

Five years after Selvi and Michael met, they welcomed an intimate group of family and friends to their luxurious blush and white wedding on Maui. The bride shares the beautiful way in which a sweet stroke of serendipity joined their lives together:

We met on match.com in December of 2014. As we got to know each other, we discovered we had a ton in common. We lived a few miles apart, we are both Egyptian, we have mutual friends, and our boys are very close in age; Michael’s oldest and my son are 6-days apart. After our 3rd date we both knew that this was something special. We have been going strong ever since and it gets better and better every year.

The couple lives in California but got engaged here on Maui so it made perfect sense to return to the island to say I Do:

Michael proposed in Maui (with a fabulous ring) in July of 2018. Our 3 boys were present and they all kept the secret very well. He proposed on a sunset cruise that ended with a double rainbow in the background as he got on one knee.

The Olowalu Plantation House was the perfect location for their luxurious Maui wedding! We brought in many gorgeous blush and white decor elements to create a touch of luxury to this stunning affair. The couple said I Do under a lovely wooden arch decorated with white draping and accentuated with delicate white blooms, while guests looked on seated on gold Chiavari wedding chairs. The bride carried a stunning bouquet in shades of winter white with small touches of blush while her bridesmaids carried complementing bouquets in a smaller size. Touches of blush decor were added to their dinner reception in the form of graceful chargers, exquisite floral decor and elegant glassware all in this sweet, romantic shade. After dinner guests relaxed in a luxurious lounge area completely draped in a canopy of white fabric, white couches and crystal hanging chandeliers.
