Rachel and Jim dreamed of an intimate elopement in Maui, without another person around for miles, so we at Makena Weddings made sure that is exactly what they got! The bride and groom wanted something small and romantic, and as they are both pretty private individuals, they wanted to become husband and wife on a beach in Maui that was totally secluded. That is why you hire the experts, right!? We know every secret spot on the island and even though all beaches are public here in Maui, we found a gorgeous little spot that provided the couple with complete privacy on their big day.
Rachel made her entrance wearing a gorgeous gown by Galina Signature, carrying a lovely bouquet in shades of white, greenery and touches of peach, while Jim looked on adoringly. After a sweet and heartfelt ceremony performed by Reverend Al Terry, the couple enjoyed having the beach all to themselves for romantic portraits as husband and wife. On top of a beautiful sunset, they also enjoyed watching whales frolic in the distance which made their day that much more perfect!
