A romantic Maui elopement will always be in style! An intimate ceremony with just the two of you in attendance can still include all of the gorgeous elements of a traditional wedding, including a private oceanfront wedding venue, a fabulous photographer there to capture every last detail and sumptuous floral decor. Bobbi and Zant enjoyed all of those elements and more at their intimate Maui elopement at the incomparable Kukahiko Estate.
For the couple that wants to be surrounded with pure, unadulterated beauty everywhere you look while also enjoying complete privacy, the Kukahiko Estate is the perfect choice. With a significant number of couples having to scale back their wedding guest list due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, the idea of jetting off to a tropical island alone is becoming more and more desirable. With an elopement on Maui, you will be able to enjoy less time planning while spending much money less than you would with a larger wedding at home. A Maui elopement at the Kukahiko Estate is perfect for couples that want the simplicity of a small wedding but still want to enjoy a decidedly Hawaiian experience.
Bobbi and Zant enjoyed this perfectly manicured oceanfront estate all to themselves as they said I Do under a luxurious driftwood wedding arch dripping with gorgeous flowers with waves crashing on lava rocks behind them. The bride carried a beautiful bouquet, Hawaiian lei were exchanged during the ceremony along with a sweet serenade by a Hawaiian wedding musician and a heartfelt ceremony performed by the wonderful Reverend Al Terry. After the ceremony the couple had the property all to themselves for a romantic photo session with their wedding photographer and a celebratory toast before they headed off to a romantic dinner. It was an unforgettable day that we were truly honored to be a part of!
Here at Makena Weddings we relish the opportunity to plan intimate celebrations for just the couple to a handful of guests at this stunning property. Please contact us for more information on hosting your celebration at the breathtaking Kukahiko Estate, we would love to hear from you!
