Denise and David’s first meeting was very random, but as they say, you will meet the love of your life when you’re not even looking! He and a mutual friend showed up at Denise’s yard sale and she asked them to hang some signs for her. An add on Facebook followed by chatting just about every day and not long after that they became official.
Their proposal story is just as sweet, the bride shares:
With both the bride and groom being born and raised on Maui, they couldn’t think of any other place to have the biggest moment of their lives to share with their family and friends. The bride is a big believer in crystal healing, so she incorporated Rose Quartz into their day because she wanted everyone to feel the love. She included them into her guest book table and also used them as place card holders on each guest place setting.
After a romantic wedding ceremony at Gannon’s Lower Wedding Knoll, it was important to the couple that the guests enjoyed amazing food and delicious drinks and the team at Gannon’s Wailea always delivers just that! Delicious appetizers and the beautiful sounds of David Wolf on guitar kept their guests happy and entertained while the bride and groom enjoyed romantic photos on the beach with Anna Kim Photography. Upon their return to their reception they were greeted with celebratory cheers and smiles all around, those Rose Quartz stones definitely did their job of bringing the love!
