We were so excited when this gorgeous couple shared that they wanted their Maui wedding decor to be unique and different while also capturing their individual personalities. Considering that both the bride and groom studied architecture, we knew that they would be open to some of the fresh and original ideas that we have been looking forward to creating. Copper is the perfect color to incorporate into your wedding if you are looking for a change from the more traditional gold and silver metals. Copper and dark wood tones were incorporated into much of their design, from their wedding invitations to the groom’s wedding ring to their modern industrial table decor. We love the unexpected flair that a touch of copper added to their big day, set against the soft colors in the bride’s bouquet and simply elegant bridal gown, their wedding decor definitely made a statement.
Brittany really wanted to avoid the big pageantry and distractions of a large complicated wedding, so getting away somewhere tropical with just family was the ideal approach. Dan’s favorite place in the world, happens to be Maui, so it was naturally a perfect fit.
