This romantic Maui elopement at the Olowalu Plantation House is what Hawaiian wedding dreams are made of. Jaime and Brent traveled all the way from Minnesota to be married on the warm shore of west Maui, just the two of them in attendance, without another person around for miles. These two were the sweetest people and very obviously the perfect match. Their strong connection and love for each other was palpable and it was such an honor to be one of only three people there to witness the two of them exchange their vows and promise to love each other forever.

The couple first met while they were both attending nursing school but didn’t connect romantically until they ran into each other a few years later. They chose the gorgeous Olowalu Plantation House as their elopement venue and they could not have made a better choice. Though the property is expansive, it was absolutely perfect for what they envisioned their day to be: an elegant and meaningful Maui elopement that completely reflected the two of them as a couple. They incorporated special touches which included an intimate first look, writing and exchanging their own vows, exchanging personal cards to each other that they read together after their heartfelt ceremony, topped off  by an impossibly romantic dinner to celebrate becoming husband and wife.

We can’t put into words how incredibly grateful we are as Maui wedding planners to be present for these beautiful moments in our couple’s lives. Being able to help the bride into her dress and witness all of the love and emotions, it really does not get any better than this!
