Pono Makena was the perfect Maui wedding venue for this gorgeous wedding. The Pono Makena Estate is absolutely magical! It’s surrounded by lava rocks, towering, lush trees and boasts amazing ocean views for days. Before the couple made their entrance at the Estate, they enjoyed a private “first look” at a secluded Maui beach with just the two of them and their photographer, Darby Magill, present. With such a large group of guests attending their wedding, they knew that sneaking in this special moment would be just the thing that they needed to calm their nerves while also allowing themselves a quiet moment alone to soak in this incredible time before the festivities began.
