Private Estate Maui Wedding: Felana + Jurunner

An intimate, elegant celebration at the water’s edge in Maui – this is what Felana and Jurunner envisioned for their romantic private estate Maui wedding. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, with the bride’s two children as Maid of Honor and Best Man, their entire day was an absolute dream. Felana shares how she and Jurunner first met:

We met each other on Labor Day weekend in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We both enjoy spending our time relaxing at the lake and boating with friends. The day we met I was with friends on their boat and we had parked to relax, swim and soak up the sun. While splashing around in the water Jurunner approached me and we chatted briefly. He was handsome, charming and we had a lot in common. I noticed that he had a southern accent and he shared with me that he was from Mississippi where my father is from. He asked for my phone number and we talked on the phone every day for hours. The rest is history – he swept me off my feet! We enjoy spending time together and he has been a blessing not only in my life but my two children’s lives. He comes from an amazing family and I couldn’t ask for anything more.

The closeness and bond that these two share just warmed our hearts, their whole day was so full of love and complete happiness. The gorgeous surroundings of the private estate they chose for their Maui wedding was the most romantic way to start their lives together and we are so thankful that they chose Makena Weddings to be a part of it all.
